How long does a withdrawal take?
We process withdrawals within 1 working day from the day of your request, for all clients across the country — in Dhaka and outside Dhaka alike. Requests submitted before the 12:00 PM daily cut-off are processed the same business day. Funds are sent by BEFTN to your linked bank account, or by RTGS for amounts of ৳1 lac or above.
What is the daily cut-off time?
12:00 PM. If you submit an RTGS withdrawal request (৳1 lac or above) before 12:00 PM on a business day, we transfer the money to your bank the same day. BEFTN requests submitted before 12:00 PM are processed the same business day. Requests submitted after 12:00 PM, or on a Friday, Saturday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.
Is it slower if I live outside Dhaka?
No. Every Mika client gets the same 1 working day processing, whether you’re in Dhaka, a district town or a rural area — unlike many brokers outside Dhaka, where withdrawals often take 3 days or more.
Can I get my money the same day?
Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 working day from the day of your request. As part of our preferred client service, we facilitate same-day withdrawal processing on a case-by-case basis, including for clients facing a personal emergency. Call +880 1730-062188 or speak to your trader.
Can I receive my withdrawal by RTGS?
Yes, if the withdrawal amount is ৳1,00,000 (1 lac) or above. Submit your RTGS request before the 12:00 PM daily cut-off and we transfer the money to your bank the same day. RTGS is only available for amounts of ৳1 lac or more; smaller withdrawals are sent by BEFTN to your linked bank account.
Is there a withdrawal charge?
No. Withdrawals to your linked bank account are free. See our pricing for all fees.
Can I withdraw to someone else’s bank account?
No. For your security, withdrawals are paid only to the bank account registered with your own BO account.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Yes. Open your request in Amar Biniyog and cancel it any time before final processing is completed.
